1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dos Migos Network websites, apps, or services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.By accessing or using the DosMigosNetwork, LLC website, you agree to abide by the Terms of Use outlined herein.​

(1)(a). Accounts & Eligibility You must be at least 13 to use the Service (or the age required in your jurisdiction). Keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
(1)(b). Subscription & Billing Some features require paid plans. Prices, taxes, and features may change. We bill through third-party processors; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before renewal. (1)(b2). Cancellations & Refunds You can cancel anytime in your account. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

2. Content & License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, rebroadcast, download (unless offered), circumvent DRM, or use content commercially without written permission.

  • (2)(a). User Content If you submit comments, uploads, or posts, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. Don’t submit anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.
  • (2)(b). Community Guidelines: No harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or illegal activity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • (2)(c). Devices, Bandwidth & Availability: Quality may vary by device, location, bandwidth, and licensing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content at any time.
  • (2)(d). Intellectual Property & DMCA: All content is owned by Dos Migos Network or its licensors. To submit a copyright notice, contact legal@DosMigosNetwork.com with your claim. We may remove material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.
  • (2)(e). Disclaimers Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dos Migos Network and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

(3)(a). Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
(3)(b). Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflicts principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland (or, if you prefer, we can add binding arbitration—say the word).

4. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”
